Father Jeff Bergsma was ordained in 2005 for the Diocese of Hamilton. Since Fr. Bergsma's ordination he has served the diocese as an Associate Pastor at St. Paul the Apostle Burlington, St. Mary's Owen Sound, St. Francis Xavier in Stoney Creek. Father served as administrator in Burlington at St. John the Baptist and as a Pastor at Corpus Christi Parish in Hamilton. In 2012 he was appointed Pastor of St. Margaret Mary Parish where he was a seminarian in his Parish Year in 2002-03.

Father Michael Downey was born in Kitchener, Ontario, and is a graduate of St. Michael's Elementary School, St. Benedict Junior High and St. Jerome's High School. He graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1972, and attended St. Peter's Seminary in London. Father Mike was ordained to the priesthood on April 30, 1977. He has served as Associate Pastor at St. John's in Kitchener, St. Dominic's, Oakville, St. Michael's, Oakville, and Blessed Sacrament, Hamilton. He served as Pastor of Sacred Heart parishes in Teeswater, Walkerton and Hamilton. Father Mike was appointed as Associate Pastor of St. Margaret Mary in 2007.

Marilyn Sturtevant is a retired school teacher and long-time parishioner. She has been involved with the parish catechetical program which is run on Saturday mornings. She began her work as parish minister in August 2000. Marilyn is responsible for coordinating outreach to the sick and infirm and for working with our three parish schools.

Doris LoPresti is glad to be back home again at St. Margaret Mary. Twelve years ago she witnessed God's love in the youth at a conference and so her passion for them began. She took many courses and earned diplomas in Youth Ministry, Chaplaincy and Foundations in Ministry. But her mission remains to bring the youth into an intimate and personal relationship with God who waits ever so patiently for them. She feels blessed and thankful to all who have embraced her with love and support.
