Father Arpee Urquico was born and raised in Tarlac, Philippines. It was his childhood dream to be a priest. Right after graduating from high school, he joined the seminary in the Philippines at the age of 16. After finishing his degree in Philosophy, he taught in a Catholic High School in the town where he was born. In the summer of 2013, he arrived in Canada to start his Theological Studies in Edmonton.

On June 30th, 2017 Father Arpee was ordained as a Catholic priest by Most Rev. Donald Bolen of the Archdiocese of Regina. He loves his ministry as a priest and he is thrilled to share his talents and to serve the people of Saint Margaret Mary Parish and the Hamilton Diocese in general.
